Hand off to a child flow over the event bus — publish its trigger event and continue. Event-wired only; the child runs as an independent subscriber (any process or language).

Outputs
Dispatched— Trigger event published (output.dispatched_event is set); the parent flow continues. Fire-and-forget — does not wait for the child.
