Description
Used by registration templates that confirm via email
(users/registration-email-confirm,
users/registration-dual-confirm). Reads email (or target)
from the input map, creates a single-use token via the
verification Store, and publishes an email.send event with the
verification URL + expiry pre-rendered into a templated body.
